It ought to be instructive to us and an indicator of where most pro-life politicians are at in their mindset and language that results when a state senator not only believes that abortion is murder but acts like it. Well done to Senator Joeseph Silk for doing just this. This is so unusual to the world that the news is reporting on this. It is encouraging to see Senator Silk stand firm on what is true and at the same time it is shameful that so few who call themselves “pro-life” will actually do this. Abolitionism is intent on being such a strong voice of uncompromising reason such that it pulls those who have a heart and functioning conscience and who love the Lord, to begin to do what is right and stand boldly for the pre-born.
